Using the research
What you may do
Quote figures, reproduce charts and reference the benchmarks in decks, posts and product work, as long as SaaS Research Lab is named and the page is linked. No permission request needed.
What you may not do
Do not republish a full report or dataset as your own, resell it, or present derived figures as independent findings. Bulk automated collection of this site is not permitted; if you want the underlying data, ask for access instead.
Accuracy
Every figure is reported with its sample and its date. Markets move and pricing pages change, so findings describe the sample at the time it was read, not a guarantee about any individual product. The research is published as information, not as commercial, legal or investment advice.
Experiment network
Participation is voluntary and can end at any time. Participants own their own traffic and results; the lab publishes aggregate outcomes only.
