What we collect, and what we do with it
Forms
Three forms on this site collect data: research access, the experiment network application, and the research digest. They ask for a name, a work email, a company and — for network applicants — a product URL, a traffic band and the current call to action. Nothing else is collected, and no field is inferred or enriched from third-party data.
Use
Email addresses are used to send the thing you asked for and, if you subscribed, one email when new research publishes. There are no drip sequences. Network applications are read by a person and used to decide whether your traffic is enough to make a test conclusive.
Sharing
Data is never sold, rented or passed to advertisers. It sits with the email provider and CRM used to run the lab, and nowhere else. Aggregate experiment results are published; the sites that ran them are never named without written permission.
Analytics and cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. Any analytics in use is limited to aggregate page counts.
Your data
Ask for a copy or a deletion at hello@saasresearchlab.com and it happens within 30 days. Every digest email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
